Sundance Rodeo Club (SRC) is able to put on youth rodeos because local businesses and community members choose to support us. This page covers what sponsorship funds, the levels available, and how to become a sponsor.

Sundance Rodeo Club, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2021 to give our youth a place to compete and carry on the Western traditions of this corner of Wyoming.
In 2025, we hosted four youth rodeos serving 201 young contestants, who earned 67 buckles, two saddles, and $36,047 in total prizes.
Sponsorship dollars go toward prizes, awards, and buckles for youth contestants, and help fund our work to produce events at the Crook County Fairgrounds.
As a 501(c)(3) organization, sponsorships of SRC may be tax deductible. We're happy to provide a W-9 on request.

The Youth-Led Sponsorship Program
The Youth-Led Sponsorship Program
If a young SRC member has asked you to sponsor, here's what that means. Our Youth-Led Sponsorship Program encourages kids to connect with local businesses and community supporters themselves. It teaches them to introduce themselves, ask for support, and take ownership of something that benefits every kid in the club.
Sponsorships of $150 or more (Buckle level and up) count toward that youth's membership credit with the club. Sponsorship dollars go toward prizes, awards, and buckles for the contestants.
